Arabella Hotel
Accommodation is in 87 rooms (202 bed capacity) and 1 suite rooms. All are air-conditioned and have private bathroom, direct-dial telephone, balcony. All rooms have TV, radio and music channel, hair dryer and mini-bar.
The hotel has restaurant with capacity for 200 people, room service, outdoor swimming pool with a pool bar, children's pool, Vitamin bar, meeting hall, market, laundry, and TV room. The hotel has an auto park. The hotel also have a health club with fitness room, Turkish bath (hamam) and sauna, and a private beach with a beach snack-bar.

Mr & Mrs Walsh 17.09.2008 - 18:17:50 This hotel is not really geared up for the Brits at all and is not what it says on the wrapper. There weren't many Brits there, but those who were all had several complaints including - the bar shutting at 10pm, no snacks outside of meal times, no entertainment, faulty air con and fridges, no mini bar, no variety with the food prompting many of the Brits and Germans to eat elsewhere. To be fair we had a decent clean room with fully working air con and fridge (which we stocked ourselves against the hotel rules). Also, some of the staff where very friendly and tried to make our stay very enjoyable. As for the rest of the staff, they didn't seem to understand why some people where very unhappy with the facilities and didn't know how to deal with their complaints. I think that the people in this hotel need some help to improve their service if they want to appeal to western European holiday makers. Overall, we had to work at enjoying our holiday which in the end, we did.
