We have had much trouble with complaints and items, retaining collapsed, water leaks, taken over a complex that has not been completed and the building owner will rectify structural errors, etc.
On their website it says: When the government has approved a building, they provide including a Guarantee of 15 years for the foundation. It is normal that when a builder also provides a guarantee for other work he has done, usually for 5 years. But this is free up to the builder to decide.
Client refuses us document the completion / Iskan of buildings. (2 blocks) They deny us technical construction drawings, etc.
We have each of personnel in Cikcilli municipality and asked for help, but no where have we been given aid and assistance.
Can you say who we should contact to access and help with this, and what innstans we should contact.
